UPGRADING WORKS, REHABILITATION, SPOT IMPROVEMENT, GRAVELLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES FOR THE FY 2025/26

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Star Newspaper dated 2nd October, 2025, the

Long Advert dated 21st October, 2025, Clarification No. 1 dated 28th October, 2025, Addendum No. 1 dated

3^rd November, 2025, Addendum No. 2 dated 14^th November, 2025, Addendum No. 3 dated 25^th November,

2025, Clarification No. 2 dated 3^rd December, 2025, Addendum No. 4 dated 11^th December, 2025, Addendum No. 5 dated 12^th December, 2025 and Addendum No. 6 dated 17^th December, 2025.

 

1. Interested Bidders are requested to note the following.

 

LOT 4 Tenders (Clarifications and Amendments)

3	RWC 827: Jaribuni – Dzitzoni Road	The Average Annual Construction Turnover: The Minimum average annual construction turnover is KShs 1,000,000,000.00 calculated as an annual average of the total payments received from construction works within the last Five (5) years. Amend as so.

 

2. The Submission and Opening Date for all other tenders remains as detailed in Addendum No. 6.
3. The Submission and Opening Date for RWC827 remains as on or before 23^rd December, 2025 at 11.00am as detailed in Addendum No. 6.
4. All interested bidders are required to continually check the Authority’s website: www.kerra.go.ke for any Tender Addendums or Clarifications that may arise before submission date.
5. Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
6. All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
