ADDENDUM NO. 1

UPGRADING, SPOT IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON VARIOUS ROADS – LOT 8

Addendum No. 1 – Lot 8 & Annex

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov Edition Star Newspaper dated 17^th February 2026 and  the Long Advert Issued on 24^th February, 2026, on the Authority’s website.

 

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following clarifications and amendments;

 

1. That the Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and the Special Specifications Section 102 for the Tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Galana – Kulalu Approach Roads, Tender No. RWC/942 has been revised and is attached herein as Annex 1.
2. That the below tenders will be available for download as from 6^th March 2026. Interested Bidders are advised to download the Tender Documents from the Authority’s website www.kerra.go.ke.
3. That the submission date for the tenders under LOT 8 is hereby revised from 13^th March, 2026 to respective dates detailed below. The tender submission date for the tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Galana – Kulalu Approach Roads, Tender No. RWC/942 remains as on or before 13^th March 2026 at 11:00AM. The submission location, venue and place of opening remains as Barabara Plaza, Block B, 3^rd Floor, South Wing.
