TENDER NOTICE ADDENDUM NO. 3

UPGRADING, SPOT IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE

STRUCTURES ON VARIOUS ROADS BATCH 3

ADDENDUM 3 FOR BATCH 3 (1)

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov Edition Star Newspaper dated 3^rd March 2026, the Long Advert dated 17^th April, 2026, Addendum No. 1 dated 28^th April 2026 and Addendum No. 2 dated 8^th May, 2026.

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tender published under the referenced Tender Notice and Tender Advertisement;

1. The Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of KAG University IIipoloposat – Konza, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/78/2025-2026 in Kajiado is amended as shown.
   10. The Bill of Quantities, Bill item 10.02 has been amended as captured below: –

3. The Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Kimuchul – Jikamba, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/77/2025-2026 in Bomet is amended as shown below;
   1. Clause 101 of the Special Specifications, under the project location section, has been amended and shall read as indicated below;

The proposed road is in Bomet East Constituency within Bomet County.
