TENDER NOTICE ADDENDUM NO.6

UPGRADING, SPOT IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON VARIOUS ROADS BATCH 3

Addendum No. 6 – Batch 3 final

 

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov Edition Star Newspaper dated 3^rd March 2026, the Long Advert dated 17^th April, 2026, Addendum No. 1 dated 28^th April 2026, Addendum No. 2 dated 8^th May, 2026, Addendum No. 3 dated 14^th May, 2026, Addendum No. 4 dated 17^th May, 2026 and Addendum 5 dated 22^nd May 2026.

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following clarifications and amendments;

1. The Scope of Works and Bills of Quantity for the Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Oasis Kangoki Corner Muthaiga – Kisii Macendonia – Maguna Andu, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/80/2025-2026 has been revised. The revised Tender Document shall be available as from 29^th May 2026.
2. The submission date for the Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Oasis Kangoki Corner Muthaiga – Kisii Macendonia – Maguna Andu, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/80/2025-2026 has been revised from 26^th May, 2026 to 5^th June, 2026. The submission location remains as detailed in the Tender Document and Long Advert.
3. The submission dates and time for ALL other tenders under this tender notice remain as detailed in Addendum No. 4 dated 17^th May 2026 and Addendum No. 5 dated 22^nd May 2026.

4. Completed tender documents for the tenders should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes located at the Offices detailed in the Tender Documents and the previous Addendums by on or before the respective dates listed under Addendum No. 4.
5. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. Interested Applicants are required to continually check the Authority’s website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
7. All other information pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
