Addendum No. 1 Lot 12

 

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov supplement dated  30^th June 2026 and Long Advert dated 30^th June 2026.

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tender published under the referenced Tender Notice;

1. The Tender documents for the following tenders shall be available for download from the Authority’s website kerra.go.ke as from 15^th July 2026.

a) Tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Shimbirey – Ohiyo – Bulla Hajji, Tender No. RWC/1049,

b) Tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Misikhu – Naitiri and Lugulu – Lukusi Makuselwa Access Roads, Tender No. RWC/1054 (Retender),

c) Tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Balambala Town Roads, Tender No. RWC/1055.

     3. The Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for the Tender for Gravelling of Kemeloi TTI Access Road and Kobujoi – Kaptumek – Kisumu, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/166/2025- 2026 has been revised and is attached herein as Annex I.

4.The format for the required Tender Security is attached herein as Annex II. The format applies to all the tenders under this tender notice.

5. The tender Submission date for tenders under Lot 12 has been revised from 16^th June, 2026 to on or before the dates as detailed below.

5. Completed tender documents for the tenders should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes located at the Offices detailed in the Tender Documents and the Long Advert.
6. It is important to note that the following tenders shall be submitted and opened at the respective Regional Offices as detailed in the Tender Documents and the Long Advert.

a) Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Madogo – Bura– Dima, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/165/2025- 2026 (Tana River Region),

b) Tender for Graveling of Kemeloi TTI access road and Kobujoi – Kaptumek – Kisumu, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/166/2025- 2026 (Nandi Region),

c) Tender for Construction of Chesirigan Bridge, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/167/2025- 2026 (Nandi Region).

7. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.

8.Interested Applicants are required to continually check the Authority’s website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.

 

9. All other information pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
10. This addendum takes precedence.
