Tenders are invited for the execution and completion of hereunder listed roads in Eldas constituency for those prequalified contractors in the Constituency as per the list posted on the notice board of the Regional manager and KeRRA Website from 1st May, 2019.

A complete set of Tender Documents may be collected from the Regional Procurement Office during Normal working hours upon  the presentation of ksh .1000.00-receipt paid to Kenya rural road authourity  KCB  A/c No  .1114343196-Moi Avenue  Nairobi. A mandatory Pre-Tender site Visit   for Eldas shall be carried out on 3rd May, 2019. Starting from Eldas market at 9.00am and for those who will attend site visit will be required to provide their company introduction letter and a certificate issued to the contractors in attendance which shall be attached to the Tender Document.  

Mandatory requirement include but are not limited to the following;

  • Certified Copy Of Certificate Of Incorporation
  • Certified Valid Copy Of valid  Tax Compliance Certificate, 
  • Certified Copy Of Valid Registration certificate with National construction Authority in the categories specified above and  valid practicing license,
  • Certified Copies Of Vat And Pin Certificates of the company ,
  • Certified CR12 of the company
  • Other Evaluation Criteria in the Tender Document.

Duly filled and sequentially serialized Tender Documents shall be submitted in plain sealed envelopes (One Document per envelope) marked with Contract Number and Road Name addressed to the:-

                                Regional Manager,

                                              Wajir Region,

                                              Kenya Rural Roads Authority,                                                                     

                                              P. O. Box 120, Wajir.

Or be deposited in the Tender Box located within the Regional Manager’s offices on or before 10.10am of Friday 10th May, 2019. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of those Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend and late bids will not be accepted.

Bidders shall be awarded only one contract per county (Region)
