TENDER NOTICE
PROVISION OF INSURANCE SERVICES FOR GROUP PERSONAL ACCIDENT, GROUP LIFE ASSUARANCE & WORK INJURY BENEFIT FOR ADDITIONAL STAFF MEMBERS

Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for (Provision of Insurance Services for Group Personal Accident, Group Life Assuarance & Work Injury Benefit for Additional Staff Members).
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at (Kenya
Rural Roads Authority, Block ‘B’ 3rd Floor South Wing, Barabara Plaza, off Mombasa Road, Opposite KCAA
along Airport South Road, JKIA, Nairobi.) during normal office working hours (0 8: 00 to 17:00 hours Mondays
to Fridays).
A complete set of tender documents and other detailed information, may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free of charge from our website www.Kerra.go.ke and/or IFMIS supplier portal: supplier.treasury.go.ke.
All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 500,000.00 (Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousand only) in form of Bank Guarantee or guarantee from in insurance company approved by PPRA in the format provided in the tender document.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and name and be deposited in the Tender Box at (Kenya Rural Roads Authority Headquarters, Barabara Plaza, Block B, Ground Floor, South Wing, Boardroom, Airport South Road) or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before Wednesday 23rd November, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to
attend at the same venue: Boardroom, Block ‘B’ Ground Floor South Wing, Barabara Plaza, off Mombasa Road,
Opposite KCAA along Airport South Road, JKIA, Nairobi. Starting from 11:15 a.m. (Due to COVID -19 pandemic
firms are required to nominate only one representative to attend the session)
