The Authority wishes to inform interested eligible bidders as follows.
- Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers Restricted to special groups(AGPO)( National treasury list)
- Detailed information on the tenders will be available for downloading FREE of CHARGE on the Websit. tenders.go.ke as from January 16, 2024 . - All Tenders for special groups ( AGPO) must be accompanied by a “Tender-Securing Declaration”
- Tender security NA
- There shall be no Pre-Tender site meeting. However, site visit is MANDATORY and Bidders are required to plan their own visit to the site and thereafter obtain a duly signed Site Visit Certificate from Authorized Regional Officer as indicated in the Instruction to Bidders. Upon proof of the visit.
- Errors in the pricing of the Bills of Quantities will not be corrected. Bidders with such errors will be disqualified.
- Front loading of quotations is discouraged. Too low or too high bids will be assessed and disqualified accordingly as per tender document.
- Bidders are advised to read the criteria in the PE requirement section thoroughly before filling the documents.
- The estimates for each tender are as provided in this tender notice as illustrated above.
- Bidders should have their documents paginated (serialized) to ensure compliance with section 74 (1) (I) of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015. This should be in the format 1,2,3,4,5 ……. from the First Page up to Last Page). Preferred machine done.
- Bidders can type in the documents Erasing out the instructions for ease of tender preparations – minimal attachment required. Forms not dully filled shall lead to being non-responsive.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 00 am .January 24, 2024 . Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
- Late tenders will be rejected. And returned unopened.
