The submission dates for the Tender for (1) Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Internet Services to KeRRA Head Office, Wide Area Network (WAN) Services to Disaster Recovery Center And 47 Regional Offices. Tender No.: KeRRA/08/38/03/2022-2023, (2) Provision of Printing Services at KeRRA Head Office. Tender No.: KeRRA/08/38/02/2022-2023 and (3) Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Post Implementation Support of The Basement Traffic Access Control System and CCTV Cameras at KeRRA Headquarters. Tender No.: KeRRA/08/37/07/2022 – 2023 has been revised from 8th December, 2022 to 28th December, 2022 at 11.00am.
  1. The Pre-Tender Site visit date has been revised to be from 15th December, 2022 to 19th December, 2022. Interested Bidders who participate in the Pre-Tender Site Visit should have their Site Visit Certificates Signed by an Authorised KeRRA representative as guided in the Tender Document.

Tenderer for Provision of Installation And Maintenance Of Internet Services To Kerra Head Office, (Wide Area Network (Wan) Services To Disaster Recovery Center And 47 Regional Offices will be required to visit KeRRA Headquarters and examine the site at head office and any ten Regions between 25th November, 2022 - 5th December, 2022 during normal office working hours (08: 00 to 17:00 hours Mondays to Fridays) and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender document from Deputy Director, ICT and from the  Regional Directors at head office and at the regional offices respectively. The costs of visiting the sites shall be at the Tenderer’s own expense.

Bulky tenders which do not fit in the Tender Box shall be delivered to the reception office located on the Ground Floor, Barabara Plaza, Block B.

All pages of the submitted documents are to be Serialized from the First page to the last page.

Opening of the Bids will take place at the same venue immediately thereafter in the presence of Tenderers or their Representatives who wish to attend.
