SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF STEEL MODULAR BRIDGES (232M) FOR EMERGENCIES
TENDER NO: - KeRRA/08/37/07/2021-2022
The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a state corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act 2007, with the responsibility of management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of Rural Roads.
The Authority hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Tender of Supply and Delivery of Steel Modular Bridges (232M) for Emergencies.
Bidders are advised to download the Long Advertisement and Tender Document from the Authority’s website www.kerra.go.ke and PPIP Portal www.tenders.go.ke. With effect from 25th April, 2022.
Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Box located at 3rd Floor Barabara Plaza Block B, Mazao road, Opposite KCAA building or be addressed and posted to the address Indicated below on or before 26th May, 2022 at 11.00am.
Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter on 26th May, 2022 at the Ground Floor Board Room Barabara Plaza Block B, Mazao road, Opposite KCAA building in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of KeRRA at the address below during working hours from 09:00 to 16:00 Hours local time Monday to Friday.

TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR KeRRA OFFICES
The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA), is a State Corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act of 2007, with the responsibility for management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of rural roads.
We are in receipt of Requests for Clarifications as pertaining to pre-tender site visit provisions given in the tender documents in regards to the above tender that appeared in the local dailies on 7th April 2022.
Based on the above, the submission date for the above tender is hereby revised from 28th April, 2022 to 5th May, 2022 at 11.00am.

Preliminary Requirements (Mandatory), No. 14, which indicates: - ‘Attach Contractual Liability Insurance Policy Cover of not less than Kshs. 10,000,000/= per year. Bidders MUST attach a valid copy of contractual liability policy document particular for each lot Independently’. Our Company has taken one policy cover for all our clients. What does policy document for each mean?

We are having difficulties in some of your Regional Officers whereby the Officers are not there to assist and signed the Forms. What do we do? i.e Tharaka-Nithi KeRRA Staff are in Mombasa, Lodwar representative are in Nairobi.
