TENDER NOTICE

ADDENDUM NO. 3

 

UPGRADING, SPOT IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON VARIOUS ROADS BATCH 4

Addendum No. 3 for Batch 4  & ANNEX

 

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Long Advert dated 29^th May 2026, the Addendum No.1 dated 10^th June, 2026 and Addendum No. 2 dated 15^th June, 2026.

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tender published under the referenced Tender Notice;

1. The Tender for St Monica – James Finlay Barrier Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/117/2025-2026 is hereby
2. The Summary of the Bill of Quantities for the Tender for Routine Maintenance & Spot Improvement of Kapchebuk – Rwanda/ Kapkirongo – Kopsiro, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/99/2025-2026 has been REVISED and attached as Annex I.
3. The road name for Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/130/2025-2026 is Boji–Wenje–Hara. Any reference to Cheptais – Chesiro/ Chepkube – Chebwek/ Masaek – KDF appearing in certain sections of the Bid Document should be disregarded.
4. Completed tender documents for the tenders should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes located at the Offices detailed in the Tender Documents. The submission date remains as detailed in Addendum No. 2 dated 15^th June, 2026.
5. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. Interested Applicants are required to continually check the Authority’s website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
7. All other information pertaining to the other tenders remains the same as stipulated in Addendum No.1 and Addendum No. 2.
