TENDER NOTICE ADDENDUM NO.1

UPGRADING, SPOT IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON VARIOUS ROADS BATCH 4

Addendum 1 for Batch correct

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov supplement and  Long Advert dated 29^th May 2026.

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tender published under the referenced Tender Notice;

1. The following tenders have been CANCELLED;
   2026. Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Koitobos Road – Koitabus – Lamwia Drainage Work, Tender No: KeRRA/08/39/100/2025-2026.

2. The bid document for the Tender for Routine Maintenance & Spot Improvement of Indian Bazaar – Karambani Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/113/2025-2026 has been REVISED and uploaded on the KeRRA website.
3. The bid document for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Lensanyu – Sakuno Road (65 KM) Gravelling Tender No: KeRRA/08/39/128/2025-2026 has been revised and the new document will be uploaded by 11^th June 2026.
4. The reservation for the bid document for the Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Gitundu Circular – Gituamba Circular – Nyauto – Kagongo Baptist – JCT B30 Anmer, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/105/2025-2026 has been revised from “Youth” to “YWPLD”.
5. The Correct Bid Document for Jnct. (A104) – Dry’s – Ainabkoi – Kapchorwa (Jnct. 53) tender No. KeRRA/08/39/96/25-26 has been uploaded, the Bid Document that was erroneously uploaded has been withdrawn and Bidders are required to download the correct version.
6. The tender Submission dates have been revised from 15^th June, 2016 to 18^th June 2016 as detailed in the table below;

8. Completed tender documents for the tenders should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes located at the Offices detailed in the Tender Documents.
9. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
10. Interested Applicants are required to continually check the Authority’s website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
11. All other information pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
12. This addendum takes precedence.
