TENDER NOTICE

ADDENDUM NO. 4 

SPOT IMPROVEMENT AND UPGRADING/ CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS ROADS AND DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.

ADDENDUM NO. 4_ 10 January 2025 –

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Authority’s website and Mygov on The Star Newspaper dated 26^th November, 2024 and Long Advert and Uploaded Bid Documents appearing on our Website on 3^rd December, 2024, Addendum No. 1 dated 27^th December, 2024, Addendum No. 2 dated 3^rd January, 2025 and Addendum No. 3 dated 6^th January, 2025.

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tenders published under the referenced Tender Notice;

1. That due to the need to revise scope of works, the Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Kaptumo – Chepkongoni – Enego, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/84/2024-25 (Nandi Region) is hereby

2. That all Tender documents with the A3 format have been reformatted to A4 format.

3. The submission date and time for ALL the tenders (Apart from Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Njeri – Oriwo – Border & Adiedo – Border – Pala Roads, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/17/2024-2025 (Homabay Region), Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Kandara – Mukoe – Gatitu, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/70/2024 – 2025 (Muranga’ Region) and Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Kaptumo – Chepkongoni – Enego, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/84/2024-25 (Nandi Region), that have been CANCELLED) listed under the initial Advertisement published on 26^th November, 2024,  Addendum No. 1 dated 27^th December, 2024, Addendum No. 2 dated 3^rd January, 2025 and Addendum No. 3 dated 6^th January, 2025 still remains as 15^th January, 2025 at 11.00am.
4. Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes at the offices of respective Regional Directors as indicated in the initial Long Advertisement that can be downloaded from the Authority’s website.
5. Interested bidders should note that the amendments detailed herewith takes precedence.
6. All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya Rural Roads Authority website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
7. Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
8. All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
