ADDENDUM NO. 2

UPGRADING OF ROADS AHEAD OF MASHUJAA DAY CELEBRATIONS.

ADDENDUM NO. 2 15.9.2025

Reference is made to the Tender Notice, Long Advert, and Uploaded Bid Documents that appeared in the Authority’s website on 10^th September, 2025 and Addendum No. 1 dated 12^th September, 2025.

 

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tenders published under the referenced Tender Notice;

 

1. Tender No. KERRA/08/3/215/2024-2025

 SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF JCNT B62 MULUTU- ITHIANI MARKET- KILIKO

Bidders are instructed to note the following changes;

 

7. a) Under the Bill of Quantities, Bill No. 7 EXCAVATION AND FILLING FOR STRUCTURES, Bill Item 7.06 on Provide and place gabion boxes and matresses where directed by the Engineer, The Unit is changed from No to m² . The Quantities remain the same.

 

2. TENDER No.:KERRA/08/39/211/2024-2025

SPOT IMPROVEMENT OF ITHIANI MARKET- MBUSYANI – ITHOOKWE STADIUM

 

 

7. a) Under the Bill of Quantities, Bill No. 7 EXCAVATION AND FILLING FOR STRUCTURES, Bill Item 7.06 on Provide and place gabion boxes and matresses where directed by the Engineer, The Unit is changed from No to m² . The Quantities remain the same.

 

3. The tender submission date and time remains as 17^th September, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.
4. Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
5. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. All pages of the tender documents submitted by bidders shall be sequentially serialized including the cover page.

 

All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya Rural Roads Authority website:

www.kerra.go.ke  for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
