TENDER NOTICE

ADDENDUM NO. 2

UPGRADING OF VARIOUS ROAD PROJECTS LOT 11

Addendum-No.-2-Lot 11 & ANNEX

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov supplement dated 2^nd June 2026, the Long Advert dated 18^th June 2026 and Addendum No. 1 dated 18^th June 2026.

 

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tenders published under the referenced Tender Notice;

1. The Tender for Improvement of Baricho – Umbui Road has been repeated in the Long Advert under Part A, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/161/25-26 and under Part B, Tender No. RWC /1044. The tender for Improvement of Baricho – Umbui Road, Tender No. RWC/1044 under Part B of the Long Advert is hereby CANCELLED due to the repetition.
2. The Tender for Ohiya – Shimbrey – Bulla Haji, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/135/25-26 is hereby CANCELLED.
3. The Bill of Quantities for the Tender for Improvement of Siwot – Mwangati – Kapkembu Box Culvert, Lagwenda – Tarakwa Junction, Lelechwet Bridge Approaches, Tender No. RWC/ 1042, has been revised as captured under Annex 1.
4. The tender document for Awasi – Katito Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/141/25-26 has been revised. The revised tender document has been uploaded.
5. The tender document for Dandu – Ires Teno – Sake Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/142/25-26 has been revised. The revised tender document has been uploaded.
6. The tender document for South C Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/150/25-26 has been uploaded on the KeRRA website.
7. The tender document for Brook Bond Maili Nne – Kipkelion Londiani, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/159/25-26 has been uploaded on the KeRRA website.
8. The correct tender number for the tender for Spot Improvement of Jua Kali – Village Towards Hustlers Road is KeRRA/08/39/164/25-26 and NOT RWC 1043. The revised tender document has been uploaded under Part A with the revised Tender Number.
9. The submission location for the tender for Spot Improvement of Jua Kali – Village Towards Hustlers Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/164/25-26 shall be the Regional Office Nairobi as detailed in the revised tender document.
10. The submission date for all the Tenders under Part A has been revised from 26^th June 2026 to on or before 10^th July, 2026 at 11:00AM.
11. The submission date for all the Tenders under Part B has been revised from 29^th June 2026 to on or before 10^th July, 2026 at 11:00AM.

should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes at the offices of Kenya Rural Roads Authority 3rd Floor, South Wing, Barabara Plaza Block B. Airport South Road, Along Mazao Road, Opp KCAA Building, JKIA, on or before the date and time indicated above.

13. All other completed tender documents under Part A should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes at the offices of respective Regional Directors on or before the date and time indicated
14. Completed tender documents under Part B should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes at the offices of Kenya Rural Roads Authority 3rd Floor, South Wing, Barabara Plaza Block B. Airport South Road, Along Mazao Road, Opp KCAA Building, JKIA, on or before the date and time indicated
15. ALL interested bidders should take note of the submission location as detailed in item No. 10 – 15 above. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
16. Interested Applicants are required to continually check the Authority’s website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
