Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov Edition Star Newspaper dated 3^rd March 2026, the Long Advert dated 17^th April, 2026, Addendum No. 1 dated 28^th April 2026, Addendum No. 2 dated 8^th May, 2026 and Addendum No. 3 dated 14^th May, 2026.

3. Completed tender documents for the Tender for Rehabilitation of Brook Bond – Maili Nne -Kipkelion – Londiani / Kipkelion -Taita Boys/Ainamoi – Thesallia Mission Road And Access Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/75/2025 – 2026 should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Box at the of Kenya Rural Roads Authority (Head Office) 3rd Floor, South Wing, Barabara Plaza Block B, or be addressed and posted to the address below on or before 26^th May, 2026 at 11.00 a.m.
4. Completed tender documents for All Other tenders should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes located at the Offices of the respective Regional Directors, on or before the respective dates listed below.
5. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
6. Clarifications and Amendments given herein under Addendum No. 4 take precedence.
7. Interested Applicants are required to continually check the Authority’s website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
8. All other information pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
