Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov Edition Star Newspaper dated 16^th December 2025, the Long Advert dated 22^nd December 2025, addendum No.1 dated 19^th January, 2026 and addendum No.2 dated 4^th February, 2026.

Interested Applicants are requested to note the following clarification;

1. The revised tender document for the project road RWC 858, UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARD OF BUSWETA – IKOBERO – CHAVOGERE – CHEPTECH – SHINYALU ROADS been uploaded on the Authority’s website
2. The revised tender document for the project road RWC 844, UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARD OF SAMETA-EGETUKI- IKOBA ROADS been uploaded on the Authority’s website
3. The revised tender document for the project road RWC 855, UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARD OF GILGIL – GITARE – KANYIRIRI ROAD been uploaded on the Authority’s website
4. That the submission date for the following tenders has been revised from 13^th February, 2026 at 11am to 19^th February, 2026 at 11.00am
