ADDENDUM NO. 1

UPGRADING, SPOT IMPROVEMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON VARIOUS ROADS – LOT 7

Addendum No. 1 – Lot 7

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov Edition Star Newspaper dated 10^th February 2026 and  the Long Advert Issued on 11^th February, 2026, on the Authority’s website.

 

Interested Applicants are requested to note the following clarification;

 

1. The correct Tender Number for the Tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Tombe – Isinta – Mokomoni/ Bondeni – Magombo and Riamoni – Esani – Machururiati – Nyangori Roads is Tender No. RWC/941 as given in the Tender Document.

 

2. A new Tender Document shall be re-uploaded for the following road to be accessed with effect from 6^th March 2026.

4. That the submission date for the tenders under LOT 7 is hereby revised from 6^th March, 2026 to the respective dates detailed below. The submission location, venue and place of opening remains as Barabara Plaza, Block B, 3^rd Floor, South Wing.
