CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ON VARIOUS ROADS – LOT 9

Addendum No. 4 – 07.05.2026 & ANNEX

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the MyGov Edition Star Newspaper dated 3^rd March 2026, the Long Advert dated 8^th April 2026, Addendum No.1 dated 9^th April 2026, Addendum No. 2 dated 22^nd April, 2026 and Addendum No. 3 dated 5^th May, 2026.

Interested Bidders are requested to note the following clarifications and amendments;

1. Bill No. 15 for the Tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Machinery – Kyumani- Kyanginywa – Kalandini (Barrier) Road, Tender No. RWC/981 has been amended. The amended Bill Item is attached herein as Annex 1
2. Bill No. 1 for the Tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Ololunga – Ewaso Ngiro Road, Tender No. RWC/1006 has been amended to include quantities for Bill Item No. 1.07 to 1.14. The amended Bill Item is attached herein as Annex 2.
3. The NCA requirement under SECTION III: EVALUATION AND QUALIFICATION CRITERIA item 7 has been amended for Tender Number RWC 966 as follows: –
