UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARDS OF VARIOUS ROADS

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Authority’s website and the MyGov pullout dated 13^th May, 2025.

Revisions are herewith made to the above Notice as outlined below;

1. Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tenders published under the referenced Tender Notice for the following tenders;

2. The pre-tender site visit assembly point remains unchanged as detailed in the long advert for the designated two (2) days for pre tender site visit.

3. The Pre-Tender Site visits are MANDATORY and shall take place only on the designated dates.
4. All the Tender Documents have been revised and uploaded to the Authorities website kerra.go.ke . Bidders are required to download the revised documents and use them in preparing their Bids.
5. The Submission and Opening date is hereby revised from 4^th June, 2025 to on or before 25^th June, 2025 at 11.00am.
6. Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter as indicated in the table above at the Ground Floor Board Room, Barabara Plaza, Block B in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend.
7. Bids not received at the submission venue by the closing date and time will not be accepted for opening and will be rejected and returned unopened.
8. All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya Rural Roads Authority website kerra.go,ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
