TENDER NOTICE
ADDENDUM NO. 1
UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARDS, SPOT IMPROVEMENT AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS ROADS (BATCH 1)
Addendum No. 1 – 25th February 2025
Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Authority’s website and the MyGov pullout on The Star Newspaper dated 28th January 2025 and the Long Advert dated 13th February, 2025.
Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tenders published under the referenced Tender Notice;
- That the tender for Improvement for Chebirirbei – Kebeneti/ chebirirbei – kiptere – momul – Kiptome/ Momul –Kapchebet – Kibingei – Chesise – Kipranye, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/127/2024-25 was erroneously captured under the Long Tender Notice dated 13th February, 2025. Interested bidders should therefore note that this tender under the tender notice dated 28th January, 2025 and 13th February, 2025 is hereby CANCELLED.
- That the submission date for Lot 1 and Lot 2A is hereby revised from 27th February, 2025 to on or before 13th March, 2025 at 11.00am.
- That the submission date for Lot 2B is hereby revised form 26th February, 2025 to on or before 12th March, 2025 at 11.00am.
- Completed tender documents under Lot 1 and Lot 2A should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited at KeRRA Head office in the Tender Box located on the 3rd Floor, Barabara Plaza Block B, Mazao road, Opposite KCAA building on or before the revised date indicated above.
- Completed tender documents under Lot 2B should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes at the Offices of respective Regional Directors on or before the revised date indicated above.
- Interested bidders should note that the amendments detailed herewith take precedence.
- All interested bidders are required to continuously check the Kenya Rural Roads Authority website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
- Interested Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
- All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
