UPGRADING WORKS, REHABILITATION, SPOT IMPROVEMENT, GRAVELLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES FOR THE FY 2025/2026
Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Star Newspaper dated 2nd October, 2025 and the Long Advert dated 21st October, 2025.
Interested Bidders are requested to note the following clarifications to the Tender Notice as follows;
- The Pre-Tender Site Visit Date is as given in the Long Advert and Tender Documents with the scheduled time being 10.00 am for all the respective projects in Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 & Lot 4. Interested Bidders should note that the assembly time is 10.00 am at the Respective Regional Offices.
- The Submission and Opening Date is as given in the Long Advert and Tender Documents with the scheduled time being 11.00 am for all the respective projects in Lot 1, Lot 2, Lot 3 & Lot 4. Interested Bidders should note that the closing time shall be at 11.00am for all the respective tenders.
- The Location for the Tender for Chepkorio Township – Kaplimo – Kisaina Road, Tender No. RWC 759 under Lot 2 is Elgeyo Marakwet and NOT West Pokot as given in the Long Advertisement.
- The Location for the Tender for Gacharage – Kagongo- St. Angela Secondary School Road, Tender No. RWC 791 under Lot 3 is Kiambu and NOT Murangá as given in the Long Advertisement.
- Tender Documents for Lot 1 were/are available on the KeRRA website as of 21st October, 2025.
- All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya Rural Roads Authority website: www.kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
- Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
- All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
