Addendum No. 4

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Star Newspaper dated 2^nd October, 2025, the Long Advert dated 21^st October, 2025, Clarification No. 1 dated 28^th October, 2025, Addendum No. 1 dated 3^rd November, 2025, Addendum No. 2 dated 14^th November, 2025, Addendum No. 3 dated 25^th November, 2025 and Clarification No. 2 dated 3^rd December, 2025.

16	RWC 835: Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Mount Kenya Mwiki Bridge – Kwangethe Primary School – Mwihoko Primary School Road	1.     The Unit for Bill item 15.03 has been amended as captured below & shall replace that captured under the BOQ in the tender document:- Item No. Description Unit Quantity 15.03 Provide, spread and roll 10/14mm pre coated chippings m3 1,000

 

2. Clause 14.6.1 under the Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) on Issue of Interim Payment Certificates is Applicable to all tenders under Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4, including the revised tenders under Lot 1.
3. The Submission and Opening Date for revised Lot 1 tenders (RWC/699, RWC/701, RWC/703, RWC/704, RWC/722, RWC/723A & RWC/724) and revised Lot 2 tenders (RWC/746 & RWC/766) remain as on or before 18^th December 2025 at 11.00 am as detailed under Addendum No. 3 Table A.
4. The Submission and Opening Date for Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 tenders remains as on or before 16th December, 2025, 17th December, 2025 and 18th December, 2025 at 11.00 am respectively.
5. All interested bidders are required to continually check the Authority’s website: www.kerra.go.ke for any Tender Addendums or Clarifications that may arise before submission date.

7. All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
