UPGRADING WORKS, REHABILITATION, SPOT IMPROVEMENT, GRAVELLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES FOR THE FY 2025/26

Final Addendum No. 5

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Star Newspaper dated 2^nd October, 2025, the Long Advert dated 21^st October, 2025, Clarification No. 1 dated 28^th October, 2025, Addendum No. 1 dated 3^rd November, 2025, Addendum No. 2 dated 14^th November, 2025, Addendum No. 3 dated 25^th November, 2025, Clarification No. 2 dated 3^rd December, 2025 and Addendum No. 4 dated 11^th December, 2025.

 

1. The Tender Documents for the below listed tenders (under Table A) have been revised and shall be uploaded and can be accessed with effect from 16^th December 2025. The tender submission dates for the tenders listed under Table A is hereby revised as detailed below.

12	RWC 829: Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Murika – Ngage – Mukothima, Turima Tweru – Nkondi – Gatunga, Gaciongo – Makutano – Ura Gate, Access To Tharaka University Roads	1.     Appendix E provided for under Bill Item No. 1.20 is attached herein as Annex 1.   2.     The Quantity for Bill Item No. 20.04 (d)(ii) on more than 1.0m2 but less than 5m2 is 10 No. Replace accordingly.

 

 

3. The Submission and Opening Date for revised Lot 1 tenders (RWC/699, RWC/701, RWC/703, RWC/704, RWC/722, RWC/723A & RWC/724) and revised Lot 2 tenders (RWC/746 & RWC/766) remain as on or before 18^th December 2025 at 11.00 am as detailed under Addendum No. 3 Table A.
4. The Submission and Opening Date for Lot 2, Lot 3 and Lot 4 tenders remains as on or before 16th December, 2025, 17th December, 2025 and 18th December, 2025 at 11.00 am respectively. This is with the exception of revised Lot 2 & Lot 4 tenders given under Table A above.
5. All interested bidders are required to continually check the Authority’s website: www.kerra.go.ke for any Tender Addendums or Clarifications that may arise before submission date.
6. Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
