UPGRADING WORKS, REHABILITATION, SPOT IMPROVEMENT, GRAVELLING AND CONSTRUCTION OF STRUCTURES FOR THE FY 2025/26

Addendum No. 6

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Star Newspaper dated 2^nd October, 2025, the Long Advert dated 21^st October, 2025, Clarification No. 1 dated 28^th October, 2025, Addendum No. 1 dated 3^rd November, 2025, Addendum No. 2 dated 14^th November, 2025, Addendum No. 3 dated 25^th November, 2025, Clarification No. 2 dated 3^rd December, 2025, Addendum No. 4 dated 11^th December, 2025 and Addendum No. 5 dated 12^th December, 2025.

1. Interested Bidders are requested to note the following.

2	RWC 834: Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Kipkechen – Kapkemich Road	The Tender Submission Date is hereby revised from 18th December 2025 to on or before 23rd December 2025 at 11.00 am.
11	RWC 839: Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of St. Michael Kakimiti – Chawis Primary – Chepkoit Jnct – Kamogo – Lemeiywo Primary	This Tender is hereby CANCELLED. The Scope and Activities for this project have been provided for under Tender No. RWC/721

 

2. The Submission and Opening Date for the tender for Upgrading to Bitumen Standard of Kipkechen – Kapkemich Road, Tender No. RWC 834 under Lot 4 is hereby revised from 18^th December 2025 to on or before 23^rd December 2025 at 11.00 am.
3. The Submission and Opening Date for all other tenders remains as detailed in Addendum No. 5.
4. All interested bidders are required to continually check the Authority’s website: www.kerra.go.ke for any Tender Addendums or Clarifications that may arise before submission date.
5. Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
6. All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
