The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a state corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act, 2007, with the responsibility for management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of rural roads.

 

• The Kenya Rural Roads Authority invites sealed tenders for the provision of Car Loan Administration Services for a period of five (5) yea
• Tendering will be conducted under the Open National Tendering procedures specified in Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015 and Public Procurement and Asset Disposal regulations 2020, and is open to all qualified and interested tenders as defined in the Regulation.
• Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the tender documents during office hours as from 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.

 

• 4. Tender   documents   may   be   viewed   and/or   downloaded   from   the   website, wwkerra.go.ke or the public procurement information portal  www.tenders.go.ke.

 

• Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to procurementhq@kerra.go.ke  to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
• All tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs 150,000 valid for 140 days from the date of tender opening in the form of a bank guarantee from a reputable bank recognized by the Central Bank of Kenya, payable to the Kenya Rural Roads Authority
• The Tenderers shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted in the sequence of 1, 2, 3.
• Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th June, 2026 at 10:00a.m. (East African Time). Electronic Tenders will not be permitte
• Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified la Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
