REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC BASELINE STUDIES AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF CHINA DEVELOPMENT BANK (CDB) FUNDED PROJECTS.

Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Authority’s website and the MyGov pullout on The Star Newspaper dated 13^th February 2025 and Addendun No. 1 dated 22^nd May, 2025.

The Authority has received requests for clarification from various bidders. Interested Bidders are therefore requested to note the following;

1. That the Request for Proposal (RFP) Document has been revised to capture issues raised.
2. That the Revised RFP document shall be available for download as from 3^rd June 2025.
3. That the submission and opening date for the tender for Consultancy Services For Socio-Economic Baseline Studies And Monitoring And Evaluation Of China Development Bank (CDB) Funded Projects is hereby revised form 30^th May, 2025 to on or before 12^th June, 2025 at 11.00am.
4. Interested bidders should note that the amendments detailed herewith take precedence.
5. All interested bidders are required to continuously check the Authority’s website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before the submission date.
6. Interested Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
7. All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
