Reference is made to the Tender Notice that appeared in the Authority’s website and Mygov on The Star Newspaper dated 26th November, 2024 and Long Advert and Uploaded Bid Documents appearing on our Website on 3rd December, 2024.
Interested Bidders are requested to note the following amendments for the Tenders published under the referenced Tender Notice;
- That the Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Njeri – Oriwo – Border & Adiedo – Border – Pala Roads, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/17/2024 – 2025 is hereby
- That the Bill Item No. 23 for the Tender for Spot Improvement of Kapune – Kiserian Road, Tender N KeRRA/08/39/18/2024 – 25 is hereby revised. Interested Bidders are instructed to note the following changes;

- That the Tender Document with a correct format for the Tender for Spot Improvement of Loliondo – Ilmeshuki – Olpisiai Road, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/88/2024 – 2025 has been uploaded.
- Interested bidders should note that the amendments detailed herewith takes precedence.
- The submission date and time for ALL the tenders (Apart from Tender for Routine Maintenance and Spot Improvement of Njeri – Oriwo – Border & Adiedo – Border – Pala Roads, Tender No. KeRRA/08/39/17/2024-2025 that has been cancelled) listed under the initial Advertisement published on 26th November, 2024 remains as 7th January, 2025 at 11.00am as per The Tender Notice.
- Completed tender documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the Tender Boxes at the offices of respective Regional Directors as indicated in the initial Long Advertisement that can be downloaded from the Authority’s website.
- All interested bidders are required to continually check the Kenya Rural Roads Authority website: kerra.go.ke for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before submission date.
- Bidders with enquiries are encouraged to do so vide the email address procurementhq@kerra.go.ke.
- All other information as pertaining to the tenders remains the same.
