ReCAP Rural Access Library
The freely accessible ReCAP Rural Access Library contains a wealth of rural transport and infrastructure research related knowledge items, ranging from infrastructure research papers, design manuals and guidelines, workshop reports, transport services studies and more.

It includes research outputs from current and past AFCAP research as well as outputs from the South East Asia Community Access Programme (SEACAP), which ran from 2004 through to 2009. The Library is continually updated with new items and can be easily searched by country, theme, year and other keys.
