TENDER NOTICE – ADDENDUM NO. 3
LOW VOLUME SEAL ROADS (LVSR): PHASE 1 – 2020/2021 BATCH 4
ROADS 10,000 PROGRAMME: INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 10,000 KMS OF ROADS SUPPORTING PRIMARY GROWTH SECTORS
UPGRADING TO BITUMEN STANDARD AND PERFORMANCE BASED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF ROADS UNDER 2020/2021 BATCH 4
The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) is a state corporation established under the Kenya Roads Act 2007, with the responsibility of management, development, rehabilitation and maintenance of Rural Roads.
The Authority wishes to provide clarification to the below road works Tenders as follows:

1.Bidders are advised to download the above amended bid documents and use them ONLY in the submission of their bids.
2.Bidders to note the date of submission for RWC 607 to RWC 623 remains unchanged. RWC 624 submission date revised to 18th May, 2021.
3.The revised documents are to be uploaded in the Authority’s Website www.kerra.go.ke on 24th March, 2021 and are to be read together with the clarifications in the Addendum.
4.Due to COVID-19, MANDATORY Pre-bid site visits shall be held on agreed dates and times with the respective Regional Deputy Directors and Bidders are required to have the Certificate of Bidder`s visit to site signed by the respective Regional Deputy Directors.
5.Detailed information on the various amended tenders and the long advertisement will be available for downloading FREE of CHARGE on the Authority`s Website www.kerra.go.ke from 24th March, 2021.
6.Completed tender documented should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the Tender Name, Tender Number and deposited in the tender Box located on Ground Floor, Barabara Plaza Block B, on or before the respective dates and time given in the above table. All pages of the submitted documents should be serialized.
7.Opening of the bids will take place immediately thereafter (from the respective dates and time) at the Ground Floor Board Room, Barabara Plaza, Block B in the presence of the tenderers or their representative who choose to attend. Each Bidder shall only be allowed representation by one person due to COVID-19 challenges.
8.Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of KeRRA during working hours from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs local time Monday to Friday or send their enquiries vide the email addresses given below.
